associated site, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work.

The project consists of the construction of a new 3,456 square foot, wood frame convenience store.
Work would include general construction, site work, plumbing, HVAC and electrical. Materials would
include, but not necessarily limited to, concrete, masonry, wood framing materials, wood sheathing
materials, wood trusses, fiber cement board siding with a stucco finish, asphalt shingles, ceramic
tile flooring, carpet, paint, acoustical panel ceiling system, asphalt pavement, aluminum entrances
and storefront and cast stone sills. The Owner will have separate contracts for the petroleum work
with Northwest Petroleum Service and the interior furniture, fixtures and equipment with C Store
Systems. The General Contractor and subcontractors will need to coordinate the exterior and interior
work associated with the petroleum and F, F & E contractors.
