The construction of a 2,000 square foot wood frame, slab on grade, single story building. A 1,000
square foot exterior patio is also included as part of the general construction.
Bids will be
received at Legend Architecture LLC, 15954 Rivers Edge Drive, Suite 340, Hayward, Wisconsin, on
Friday, July 25, 2008; at 11:00 a.m. Bids will be opened and read in private. Bids received after
this time will not be accepted. Bids must be on a lump sum basis.
The following is the general
contractor. All subcontractors are to submit bids to this contractor.

need to email (legend@legendarch.com) or fax (715-934-2771) company information and password request
to Legend Architecture LLC for drawings and specifications. Legend Architecture LLC will not be
responsible for bidding errors and omissions due to not bidding from a complete set of
drawings.
Contract documents will be available on Thursday, July 10,
2008.
Legend Architecture LLC is the architect of record for the architectural and
structural portion of the project. Contractors with question regarding the drawings are to contact
Derek Rasmussen with American Dairy Queen, Inc. at (952) 830-0431. The mechanical and electrical
portion of the project is design/build. The successful plumbing contractor will be responsible for
scheduling, paying submittal fee(s) and obtaining State of Wisconsin, Department of Commerce
approval. The HVAC contractor will be responsible for paying submittal fee(s) and registering the
HVAC for State of Wisconsin Department of Commerce in lieu of submittal.

The project consists of the construction of a 41,000 square foot, slab on grade, wood frame, single
story nursing home. The General Contractor for this project is Ero Nasi Construction. All
interested subcontractors are to contact Evert Nasi at 715-561-4221 for submission of bids. All
subcontractor bids are to be directed to Ero Nasi Construction.

| WITC Rice Lake Campus Covey Hall Boiler Replacement |

The project consists of the replacement of two existing boilers in Covey Hall with three high
efficiency boilers, associated Temperature Control Work, and associated Testing, Adjusting and
Balancing Work. The project also includes the replacement of two existing electrical panelboards as
an Alternate Bid. The HVAC Contractor will be considered the lead Prime Contractor.
