The project consists of a 26,000 square foot addition and 4,200 square feet of alterations. The
addition includes a gymnasium, locker rooms, toilet rooms, offices, storage rooms, concessions,
vestibules, halls and lobby. The alterations include locker rooms, wood shop, welding, classroom and
halls. Associated sitework, plumbing, HVAC and electrical are included in the addition and

| Bay Haven Apartments Flooring Replacement |

The City of Ashland Housing Authority will be replacing existing flooring at the Bay Haven
Apartments in Ashland, Wisconsin. The areas consist of the main Corridor and Community Room. Please
contact the City of Ashland Housing Authority (715) 682-7066 to make arrangements to visit the site

| Hayward Area Memorial Hospital - Emergency Generator & Electrical Service Alterations |

This project upgrades existing 120/240 volt 3 phase delta electrical service for Heritage Building
and Boiler Room/Laundry Wing to 277/480 volt 3 phase wye electrical service. Existing 240 volt 3
phase loads such as boilers, elevators, and laundry equipment will be maintained and served by 480
volt 3 phase power transformed down to 240 volt 3 phase power. Existing 277/480 volt 3 phase wye
electrical service recently installed for chiller will be removed and chiller will be re-fed from
new 480 volt service. An 800 amp 277/480 volt 3 phase distribution panelboard will be installed in
Heritage Building for future renovation project. This project also replaces existing 240 volt 3
phase generator and existing 120/240 volt 1 phase generator with single 277/480 volt 3 phase
generator. New generator will be diesel engine driven and located at building exterior. This
project will eliminate outdated 120/240 volt 3 phase delta electrical service and combine two
electrical services into single electrical service as desired by Utility. This project will replace
two outdated generators with single generator. This project will provide upgraded electrical
distribution required for Heritage Building future renovation project. This project in general will
provide more reliable electrical power distribution system for Heritage Building and Boiler
Room/Laundry Wing. Construction / Bidding documents will be available through Market & Johnson,
