Legend Architecture is a full service architectural firm located in Hayward, Wisconsin. We became Legend as a direct result of our individual dedication to our clients and our clients’ dedication to us as individuals. This has provided for strong relationships that we honor by delivering the very best personal attention to our clients’ needs and expectations.
While we primarily provide traditional architectural services to our clients, Legend has experience with design led/design build, construction management, and limited scope services as well. We believe that our services should be adaptable to our clients particular needs and that we be able to respond to requests for customized or non-standard services on a project by project basis. No two clients are alike, and it is for this reason that we have not standardized the way which we provide our services to our clients.
Legend Architecture’s focus is providing architectural services in a manner that we are proud of, and that assures us of future opportunities. We believe the overall project experience, from start to finish, needs to be one that both parties are completely satisfied with. Understanding Legend and our design philosophy:
The design process is a team effort which cannot be accomplished without desire and input from the Users and the ability of the Architect to listen and use his talent to create functional space. Neither of these two entities can accomplish the goal of a successful facility design without the other.
There is a saying, “Before you tell them what they need, you should ask them what they want”. The truth in this statement is that while ultimately the Architect is tasked with the responsibility of a successful design, the activity of involving the client in the design process is critical to its success. To identify the needs, we have to know your goals, thoughts, and mission. The best way to get that information is to ask you for it and listen to what you tell us.
Legend’s design philosophy is simple; no design is successful if it serves only to look good from the curb. To be truly successful, a building design should, by virtue of it’s function and appearance, instill pride in all those who were involved in its conception.
